Affiliate Program

The PublicBets.com affiliate referral program lets eligible users share a referral link and earn commissions on qualifying paid subscriptions they refer. The program is operated by Value Hype Media and is subject to the Affiliate Agreement, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.

How It Works

• Create an account and choose an eligible plan.
• Use the referral link shown in your account dashboard.
• Share the link in lawful channels where you are allowed to post it.
• Track eligible referrals and commissions in your dashboard.

Commissions

You only earn commissions on referrals you personally bring through your referral link while your own account is on an eligible Premium or VIP plan. If your account is free, inactive, suspended, or otherwise ineligible when a referred subscription payment happens, that payment does not earn a new commission.

Commission rates, referral limits, lock periods, and payout details are shown in your account area or the Affiliate Agreement. Commissions apply only to eligible, tracked, paid subscription revenue that is not refunded, charged back, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified.

Affiliate payouts are subject to a 10% administration fee, payout review, payment-provider limits, tax obligations, and any adjustments required for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, credits, or suspected abuse.

Marketing Requirements

Affiliates must be honest and clear when promoting PublicBets.com. You must disclose that you may earn a commission when someone uses your link, and you must not claim guaranteed betting results, guaranteed profits, official sportsbook status, or endorsement by any third party unless you have written authorization.

You are responsible for complying with laws and platform rules that apply to your promotions, including advertising, email, anti-spam, privacy, consumer protection, gambling, and affiliate disclosure rules.

Important Limits

• PublicBets.com is an informational sports odds, picks, and analytics platform. We do not accept wagers or operate a sportsbook.
• The affiliate program is not a job offer, franchise, partnership, agency relationship, or guarantee of income.
• We may reject, adjust, delay, or reverse commissions connected to fraud, abuse, self-referrals, prohibited marketing, payment disputes, or policy violations.
• Affiliate participation may be suspended or terminated if we believe it creates legal, payment, security, brand, or operational risk.
