PublicBets.com is operated by Value Hype Media, an Ontario, Canada business. These Terms govern your access to and use of PublicBets.com, including sports odds, betting lines, consensus data, public picks, capper profiles, subscription features, affiliate features, content, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Services, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, posting picks, or participating in the affiliate program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Services. You are responsible for confirming that your access to sports betting information, odds, picks, affiliate features, and related content is lawful where you live or access the Services.

We may refuse service, restrict access, suspend accounts, or close accounts if we believe a user is underage, located where use is prohibited, violating these Terms, or creating legal, security, payment, or operational risk.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Subscription price, billing frequency, included features, and affiliate commission terms are disclosed at checkout or in your account area. Payments are processed by our payment processor.

You may cancel your subscription from your account subscription page before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, data, text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and compilations on the Site are owned by Value Hype Media or our licensors, except for user content submitted by users. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own lawful, personal use.

If you submit picks, profile information, social links, comments, or other content to the Services ("User Content"), you are responsible for that content and represent that you have the right to submit it.

Capper profiles, usernames, pick history, pick results, rankings, and related performance statistics are public features of the Site. They may remain publicly visible even if you cancel your subscription, stop using the Services, or close your account, unless we decide otherwise or removal is required by law.

By submitting User Content, you grant Value Hype Media a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, analyze, modify for formatting, and otherwise use that User Content to operate, improve, market, and protect the Services.

We may remove, edit, restrict, or preserve User Content at our discretion, including to enforce these Terms, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect the Services.

7. Third-Party Content, Links, Ads, and Services

The Site may display third-party advertising, affiliate links, sportsbook links, analytics tools, data feeds, payment services, and other third-party content or services. Third parties are independent from us and may have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility rules, and fees.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, odds, offers, payments, content, or decisions. Links or ads do not mean we endorse or guarantee any third-party service.

We do not promise that the Services will meet your expectations, produce betting profits, improve betting results, or be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or security incidents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim arose or CAD $100.
