Refund Policy

PublicBets.com is operated by Value Hype Media, an Ontario, Canada business. This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions, renewals, and other charges for access to the Site and Services.

Please review the plan price, billing period, included features, renewal terms, and this Refund Policy before completing a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Except where required by law or as stated below, all subscription payments, renewals, purchases, and fees are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Unused time in a billing period.
• Failure to use the Site or subscription features.
• Dissatisfaction with odds, analytics, picks, rankings, content, or betting results.
• Changes in sports schedules, odds availability, supported leagues, or third-party data.
• Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date.

Limited Exceptions

We may issue a refund or credit only where required by law or when we confirm one of the following:

• A billing error caused by us or our payment processor.
• A duplicate charge for the same subscription period.
• An unauthorized charge, subject to reasonable verification and payment processor review.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on our payment processor, card networks, banks, and other payment providers.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel from your account subscription page before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, refund, or reversal occurs, we may suspend subscription access, adjust affiliate commissions, or restrict the account while the matter is reviewed.

How to Request Review

If you believe a charge qualifies for one of the limited exceptions, please contact support with your account email, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. We may request additional information to verify the issue.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this Refund Policy and agree that access to digital subscription features may begin immediately after payment.
